This was the first promotional release for Depeche Mode in the United States to be released on a CD single. The promotional CD's tracks have all appeared on commercial releases. The "CHR Single Edit" is the same as the "Single Edit" on the commercial and promotional US releases. It is also the same as the UK "Single Version". The promotional 12 inch and promotional 7 inch singles have the same tracks on both sides (a common promotional practice).
