Details: I.R.S. Records ran a one hour TV show on MTV in the 80's, hosted by Peter Zaremba. This particular episode of the monthly show featured an interview with the members of Depeche Mode. The graffiti artist (Chas) at the beginning of the clip was from the previous show segment.
