Depeche Mode have announced they will release their highly anticipated 13th studio album, entitled Delta Machine, on March 26th worldwide via Columbia Records. The album, recorded over the last year in Santa Barbara, California and New York City, was produced by Ben Hillier and mixed by Flood. In addition to the album announcement, Depeche Mode have also confirmed that the video for the first single "Heaven" will debut on VEVO next Friday, February 1st. Alongside a standard CD format, Depeche Mode will release Delta Machine in an exclusive Deluxe Edition with four additional new tracks and accompanied by a 28 page hardcover photo book conceived and created by longtime artistic collaborator Anton Corbijn (please see track listing, as well as album and single configurations below).

Martin Gore said of the release, "Writing this album was incredibly daunting as I wanted the sound of this collection to be very modern. I want people to feel good about listening to this record, to get some kind of peace. It's just got something magical about it."

Dave Gahan added, "With this release we've completely shifted our idea of how to create an album. When we hit a wall where we realize the album is beginning to sound too normal, we'll mess it up and really give it that organic Depeche Mode Sound. Delta Machine is no different, and I can't wait for all of our fans to hear it."

Following the release of their new album, Depeche Mode will embark on a European stadium tour, kicking off in Tel Aviv's Hayarkon Park on May 7th. They will perform 34 shows in 25 European countries, featuring appearances at Milan's famed San Siro Stadium, the Stade De France in Paris, and Moscow's Locomotive Stadium before wrapping up the European leg of their tour in Minsk, Belarus on July 29. A full North American tour will follow, with details to be announced in the coming weeks.

NPR have premiered a special stripped, in-studio performance video of "Heaven", the first single from "Delta Machine".

Depeche Mode will be kicking off the 2013 "Live On Letterman" concert webcast series on Monday, March 11th. The performance will be streamed live on VEVO and CBS.com. Later that night, the band will also appear on the Late Show With David Letterman, performing "Heaven".

Following on the heels of their panel announcement, Depeche Mode have confirmed their first ever showcase at South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival on Friday, March 15th. Presented by Yahoo! the exclusive show will take place at Austin's Brazos Hall with Depeche Mode scheduled to take the stage at 10pm. The concert will give lucky fans an exclusive preview of the band's new album, "Delta Machine", which is due out on Columbia Records on March 26th. SXSW will be holding a ticket lottery that will be open to SXSW Platinum and Music badge holders beginning TODAY at 12pm CST. Depeche Mode released news earlier this week that they will also sit down for a discussion moderated by KCRW Music Director Jason Bentley. This unique look inside the legendary band will be held on Wednesday, March 13th at 5pm at the Austin Convention Center. The discussion is open to all Music and Platinum badges as well as Artist Wristbands.

On March 11th, 2013, at 8pm ET (5pm PT), Depeche Mode performed a special live set for the internet-streamed "Live On Letterman" show (a special live concert version of The Late Show With David Letterman). It was broadcast on VEVO and CBS.com. Later that night, the band performed "Heaven" on the "Late Show With David Letterman" TV show.

To finish their time at SXSW, the band will be playing a special 45 minute showcase set at Brazos Hall. The show will be recorded, and broadcast by Yahoo when Delta Machine is released.

Berlin, 18 March 2013 - In a special event held today in Berlin, Hublot and Depeche Mode announced a special charity partnership to benefit charity: water, a non-profit bringing safe drinking water to the developing world. Depeche Mode and Hublot have a history of joining forces to support charities. In 2010, Hublot and Depeche Mode raised funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust with a benefit show at London's Royal Albert Hall and a unique auction: an auction of 12 exclusive boxed sets, each containing a Hublot watch, a 'pièce unique' with the cover of one of Depeche Mode's 12 studio albums on its dial, along with the vinyl and digital version of each album, a golden framed CD and autographed stills. This year, Hublot and Depeche Mode agreed to work together on a larger scale, to benefit charity: water, an organization strongly supported by the band.

charity: water's founding purpose is to bring safe drinking water to people in developing countries around the world. Nearly 800 million people (nearly 1 out of every 9 people worldwide) lack access to safe drinking water - an epidemic-level problem charity: water is committed to solving. To date, they have funded over 8,100 water projects, providing access to clean, safe drinking water to more than 3.2 million people in 20 countries. And through the partnership announced today, Hublot and Depeche Mode have expressed their shared commitment to make charity: water's global impact even greater.

The announcement was made today by Depeche Mode, Hublot Chairman Jean-Claude Biver and Scott Harrison, founder and CEO of charity: water.

Asked about the partnership, Depeche Mode's Martin Gore stated, "I have personally been a supporter and advocate of charity: water for a while now, so I'm thrilled that we as a band can expand our support for the organization and help to make significant difference in places around the world struggling without a proper supply of drinking water."

This unique collaborative effort aims to break the record set in 2010. For this reason, Hublot designed not just 12 watches, but an exclusive series of 250 timepieces: the Limited Edition of Big Bang Depeche Mode.

The Depeche Mode concert scheduled for Sunday, November 17th at 19:00 at Stade Pierre Mauroy is cancelled.

The permanent heating system for the stadium is not complete and the venue has been unable to remedy the situation with supplementary heaters. The venue is therefore unable to host the event at this time as the conditions would be unsafe for the audience, crew, staff and artist.

Refunds will be available from the point of purchase starting Tuesday, November 19th.
