January 1, 1999

Depeche Mode

We would like to thank all the people who have contacted us with their concerns over human rights issues, and animal welfare issues, following the use of the song Just Can't Get Enough in the Gap's TV commercial for leather clothing.

Just for the record, The Gap re-recorded Just Can't Get Enough for this commercial, and since the song was not written by a current band member, the band's permission was not required, and Depeche Mode are not receiving any payment.
